What file format and color space is the logo file? It has to be PNG, TIF, or PSD in RGB format. It can’t be JPG because that format doesn’t support transparency. It also can’t be CMYK or indexed color space. It must be RGB.
Assuming it is an RGB image in PNG, TIF, or PSD, please test it in the PSD setup section. See if it allows you to add a custom image. See this screenshot.
