It works on my computers and no one else has reported any issues. I think the issues is specifically with your computer.
It could be a corrupted Photoshop preferences file. Try resetting the Photoshop preferences and then restarting Photoshop. That may fix it…. or may not. It’s worth trying anyway because I’ve seen resetting the preferences fix quite a few strange issues that were computer specific.
