I think you are looking at remnants of SPA 7 in the Extension menu. You need to access SPA 9 from the plugins menu, not the Extension menu. You probably have both installed.
Nothing from Pixnub should be in either the Filter or Extensions menu. All of the new releases are in the Plugins menu.
In order to remove the old SPA 7, Go to Plugins > Manage Plugins. Remove the one called “com.pixnub.spa”. That is SPA 7. Then restart Photoshop and it will be gone. The one called “Sports Photo Automation” in the Manage Plugins section of CC is SPA 9. So leave that one there.
