    I’m 99% sure the Face Crop version doesn’t have anything to do with it, but I will leave that open as a possibility if we can’t figure out the cause.

    My first guess is the computer GPU has compatibility issue with Photoshop CC 2024.

    First thing we need to check is to see if the GPU is turned on in the Photoshop preferences. Go to the Photoshop preferences. Then go to the Performance section. Is the checkbox “Use Graphics Processor” turned on?
