If you uncheck the option to “remove old versions” then you will have both CC 2022 and CC 2023. So there is zero risk installing CC 2023.
Pixnub all seems to work great in CC 2023. However, I can’t speak for PS compatibility with your specific computer, GPU, and any other plugins. So I always recommend just leaving the old version installed to eliminate any risk.
