Do you have CC 2021 or lower installed?
Here are the installer for Face Crop version 2 that will be in the Filters menu. Theses installers only work up to CC 2021. These plugins have not been tested in CC 2022 and there are no installers for CC 2022 or CC 2023.
I wish that Adobe would have made the plugins menu action recordable. I have been asking them for 2 years and the keep saying it is on their road map but no ETA on it. However, I had no choice but to convert the plugins to the new plugins menu because the API I was using for the Filter menu is now deprecated and not reliable to use in the new PS versions. Hopefully Adobe eventually gets the Plugins menu to be action recordable someday.
