Yes, under the manage license button (on the activated computer), there will be a deactivate button. That will free up the slot to activate on another computer.  You can deactivate and reactivate as needed.  Also, if you don’t have access to the activated computer and attempt to activate a new one then you can still activate. In the event that the activations are maxed out then it will give you the option to clear all activations when activating the new computer. This would deactivate both of your other computers. So if you only want to deactivate one of them then do it on that computer before activating the new one.
