For small caps, you don’t need to do anything different other than just setting up the text layer that way in PSD template. Then small case letters become small caps automatically. Just make sure in the CSV, don’t use all case for the text. Use Upper and lower case. There is a superscript option too but I don’t think it is supported in all fonts…. but I’ve never actually messed around with superscript.
