PixnubDo you need it for CC 2022 or CC 2021? V22 is CC 2021, which is a bit confusing.
Here is a download for version 8. This has only been tested on CC 2021 and not is CC 2022 or higher. So only use this if you are needing it for CC 2021.
Also, the “Plugins” menu was a brand new plugins development system released in CC 2021 so that is runnign the first version of that. There were numerous bugs in the system in Adobe’s first release. So I highly recommend updating Photoshop to CC 2023 (version 24) and if that means updating OSX than recommend updating OSX so you can run the latest PS release. Adobe has made tons of chages and improvements to the new plguins platform and things run better.
However, here is the download for version 8. Just know this version isn’t maintained, updated, or supported for any issues. If there are issues when running it then you will need to just update OSX and PS so you can run version 9.
