With issue 2, if you select the option to resume does it know all images are processed and just go to 0/0 and finished? It seems lime something on your system is preventing it from deleting the batch progress text file. It keeps a text file in the source folder which it is suppose to delete after it has finished processing. I have seen before where the folder permissions do not allow it to create this file. But I have never seen where it can create it but not delete it.
