The crop data is stored in the XMP files. You may have to delete those and start over. Not sure. I really don’t know exactly how light room and Photoshop share data. I never use Lightroom, ever.

You may have to do some research on your own. You use Lightroom much more than I do. I’m familiar with XMP files because you get those from camera raw in Photoshop. However, how that ties together with Lightroom isn’t something I’ve ever looked into. IO do know the XMP files are what is causing the cropping though.
