It doesn’t make any sense for EZ Green Screen to be cropping images. There is no code in the program that even does a crop or resize step. I =s there any =thing else in your workflow besides EZ Green Screen? How did the cutout get the gray background. Was that from SPA? My guess is whenever it got added to the gray background it got cropped. If that happened in SPA then it is probably how the template was set up???
