It looks like you renamed the layer and called it Team File. When you run the setup, that layer is called SPA-Team. SPA is looking for that specific layer name. Since you renamed the layer, it can’t find the layer it is looking for. When you run the SPA setup for either Players or team, never rename any of the layers.
