    I don’t think the clipping mask is the issue.

    You made to to load the CSV in the batch settings, correct?

    Please open the CSV in a plain text editor such as Notepad or TextEdit. Reply with a screenshot of the CSV opened in the text editor. This will show the delimiters and any other hidden characters.
