    Make sure you select to run a batch for non-cutouts and the the JPG option will be available.  JPG doesn’t support transparency so it isn’t available if you select the option to run a batch on cutout images.  Only PNG, PSD and TIF support transparency so if you select the option to run a batch on cutout images then those are the only 3 options you will have.
