The screenshot you are showing doesn’t even have the SPA layers set up.  You need to run through the SPA setup to add the team and the player layer structure. You can’t just hack together your own layers. You MUST USE the SPA setup procedure. You also need to keep the entire group folder it puts in there.

Did you watch the tutorial videos? Do you know how to add the SPA team and individual setups?

Also, did you go to the link I posted?  For the rounded corners, use a layer mask. Don’t clip it to a shape layer.   A layer mask will always work and is the way you should set up the template for SPA.  See this post in the link here.
