3456×2160 at 200% should work.  Did you try that?  I’m running a 4k monitor which is 3840 x 2160 at 200%.  It fits.  Please try 200% at the native monitor resolution of 3456×2160.  You may have to reset the preferences again after changing it.

Also, I thought 150% was default for for a 4k monitor on windows 10. At least for my 3840 x 2160 4k, the default is 150%. I set it up to 200%. I’ve never seen 250% be default. that seems rather high.
