That is really strange. I just tested on my Windows computer and see the same thing. Every folder on my desktop is read only and I can’t change mine either.  I have never seen that.  I wonder if there is a bug in Windows.

I think that may be the reason it isn’t working though However, if it is a Windows bug the there is nothing I can do about that.

Anyway, too late to look into into it tonight.  I will mess with it tomorrow.
