OK, if it pauses fine after the image is built then we know it is a saving issue.  So it is likely a folder restriction issue for the plugin.

Are you on Windows or Mac?  Where is the save drive?  Is it a local drive or a network drive?

For testing, please make a new folder on the desktop. Use that as the save location. Will it save when saving to the folder on the desktop?
