It could be one of 2 things.
1. Something could be set up wrong in the PSD template causing it to not fully complete the build and then just close and move to the next image.
2. There could be a permission issue in the save folder and the plugin isn’t allowed to save to that location.
So we need to first test to see if it fully completes the composite build process.
Please check the checkbox to Pause On Finished Image. This will pause for Photoshop access after the composite is completed. If you see it pause and you have the finished composite there in Photoshop to work on then we know the composite build was successful. However, if the image auto closes and yo don’t see it pause with the completed file ready to be edited then something isn’t finishing in the composite building process.
