I don’t know what is causing your issue. Please create a new topic in a new post. Your issue could be a different issue than Melissa’s. That way we can keep the issues separated. Also, that way Melissa won’t get auto emails from my responses to your topic. The original topic author gets email responses for any replies to their topics.
