Can you post the message you are getting?

I cleared the key for you to remove all activations. So you will need to reactivate everything again. I have no way to differentiate which computer I am deactivating so I had to just clear all of the activations.

However, I don’t think that was the issue for why it isn’t activating. You have a 4 computer license key and 2 slots were already open (now all 4 are open after I cleared it). So it should have activated anyway.
