I was using the Tiffs as the files that I would use to run through workflow helper to do any last minute touch ups. I would convert them back to JPEG out of workflow helper and eventually delete the Tiffs. Guess I thought I was saving space by using Tiff. This step may not be needed with your awesome automatic hair refinement. Thanks for the response.
