Another good thing to do is create you own actions and assign those to keyboard shortcuts. That is what I used to do when I did a lot of editing. I put all of the common actions I used for post extraction editing in the function keys. So F1 could be select subject > invert selection > Select foreground mask > reset swatches > switch swatch colors (so paint color is black) > Select Brush tool. So anytime you press F1 it get you ready to just paint black in the Foreground mask. Then you just press F1 and start painting anytime you want.

You wouldn’t need to wait for any EZGS updates to do this and can make as many different types of actions as you wanted. It is really a slick way to edit. 🙂
