Also, it looks like you manually changed the SPA-Player-1 layer. When you add the layers from the setup or add a custom player from the setup, that layer will be a smart object. You have a blank empty layer. I think SPA is looking for a smart object with that name.
After you verify the GPU is working, try remaking the SPA setup layers. Delete what you have and go through the process to make it again. Leave it as as smart object either with the green man, or use the add custom player image button. But in either case, leave it as a smart object. If you don’t want to see the image in the template, uncheck the eyeball to hide the layer and it shoudl still work. Just make sure it stays as a smart object.
