I see the issue. You erased the target layer. It needs that so it knows how to align the face. Delete the entire player group. Then recreate it and leaver the target layer in it with the red alignment layer marks (red box for mode 1). You can hide the layer by turning off the eyeball, but you can also leave it on. SPA will automatically turn it off during the batch. However, the layer must be there for it to run. You can’t delete the layer.
