What Graphics card make/model?
In Photoshop, under the preferences and performance section, does it show the Graphics card being checked on?
If on Windows, is the graphics card driver up to date with the latest driver from the manufacturer?
In Photoshop, go to Help > GPU Compatibility. Does it show everything is compatible?
