You need to update the plugin to the latest release. Due to changes made by Adobe in CC 2022, the plugins had to be modified to maintain compatibility with the latest Photoshop updates. Therefore, in order to prevent older, incompatible versions from running in CC 2022, the activation system was disabled for the older version when running in CC 2022.
