Are you trying to extract blue when you get that warning? You probably have it set to force green right now. Open a green screen image. Then extract it through Filters. When the UI pops up, you will see a preferences button. Click on that. Then make the change to auto or always extract blue. Then save the prefs. Then close and try extracting the blue.
