There probably are other issue too. With commas in the data, it will cause any columns to the right of the extras comma to not line up to the correct header. IN your file, the extra comma is on the second to last column. So in your case, the data text will get cut off after the weekday (where the comma is). The only column to the right of that is the template file coluimn. So won’t be able to access the psd file because that will no longer line up under the Temaplate File header. So it will default to the default psd you selected in the batch settings.

All of the other text data columns are to the left of the extra comma. So those would still work.
