It works fine on my computer with your template. However, I noticed you were using alignment mode 2. For testing, please set up the same template with alignment mode 1 and test. This will tell me a lot because mode 2 uses the Photoshop select subject tool and mode 1 doesn’t. If mode 1 works and not mode 2 then the Select Subject tool is timing out when the plugin tries to run it. I have seen that happen on some users computers and it seems to be an intermittent Photoshop bug. I don’t know why some computers have it happen and some don’t.
