For the install error, that is for the old SPA version 7. It won’t affect SPA 9. However, you can remove it by going to Plugins>Manage Plugins in the Photoshop menu. Look for the plugin called com.pixnub.spa. That is the old SPA 7. Remove that and restart Photoshop and SPA 7 will be remove and nothing will be under the extensions menu. SPA 9 will be under the plugins menu. Don’t uninstall the plugin call Sports Photo Automation. That is version 9. SPA 7 will be called com.pixnub.spa under the manage plugins section.
