I wonder if it has something to do with it being a French version of Photoshop. Maybe there is something in the plugins API that doesn’t work the same on non-english Photoshop versions.
Can we do a screen share right now through Chrome Remote Desktop? IT will be difficult as I won’t be able to read your screen as I don’t speak French. But maybe I will see something.
Please have TextEdit open so we can chat when we do the screen share.
