Not sure why it can’t write anything to that file. It is almost like a file permission issue on that file or folder. Can you test on a new folder on the desktop as the source folder. Copy the source folder to the desktop. Then delete the spaBatchProgress.txt file. Then start the batch and aboer half way. Se it there is anything in that file. There should only be one line to specific the progress.
