I doubt Image Extract will work well with old masters. Image Extract just uses Photoshop’s built in Select Subject tool which is not really that great compared to some of the server based AI extraction systems that are available….. the pay par image ones. The servers can dedicate a lot more computing power to the AI extraction algorithm than a desktop system can. However, all of that cloud computing power comes at a cost which is why those services have to charge per image. So it just kind of is what it is.
