The window on the right in the SPA 7 window. It will not affect SPA 9 at all but is still in the Photoshop extensions menu.
You are on Windows, correct?
If so then see if you system has this folder. If the folder is there then first close photoshop. Then delete this folder. Then restart Photoshop. SPA 7 should then be removed completely.
