I am going o answer one at a time.

1. yes I am using 9.1.1

2. I can attach a photo

3. yes the file extensions are there  and in the CSV

4. there is an underscore, I removed it and left it and tried it both ways, in both the files and CSV

5. no

6. I haven’t figured it out yet and getting ready to watch the video you sent.
