Just to clarify, is it working now?  When you click on the source folder, does it show up on top or still go behind Photoshop?

There is a known bug in Photoshop where if you click the source folder first, then click away from Photoshop, then go back to the source folder window will be in back. However, it should only happen if you click away from Photoshop while the source folder selection is open.  This isn’t a bug I can fix through because the bug is in Photoshop itself.

If you click on the source folder button and it goes directly behind the Photoshop window then that is not normal.
