I just tested the download link for version 11.05 and it was the right version. Are you getting any error messages? If not, you may need to uninstall version 10 by going to Plugins > Manage Plugins > Uninstall SPA 10 first and then install 11. It might be resorting to the old version if it was manually installed in the past is my guess. Either way, go ahead and try that and see if that works
