That sucks – I will make note to tell everyone to back up their actions if they need Adobe support in the future.

The plugins are easy to reinstall though.

You may be able to recover your actions still if 26 wasn’t completely uninstalled.

Check these folders here:

WINDOWS

C:\Users\<YOUR NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version>\Presets\Actions\

(you’ll need to view hidden files or to copy and paste the file path in File Explorer)

MAC

/Users/<YOUR NAME>/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop <version> Settings/

Or if you can, open version 26 and export the actions inside of there
