From what you’re saying, I think I understand this as: you’re building individual images using three different poses, and each pose goes into a specific template designed for that pose — is that correct?
If so, then you would use the TEMPLATE FILE column in the CSV. In the cells, you would enter the name of the template with its extension (e.g., “Gametime.psd”). Then you would put all templates in the same folder. In the SPA settings, select the checkbox that says “Templates in CSV.”
Very important — in SPA 10, if the CSV isn’t sorted by template name, it will continually close and open a new template for every image, which can slow it down a lot for larger templates. For example, a 2GB template may take 10 seconds to open — so if it has to open for every image, that time gets added to every single one.
With SPA 11, there’s an option to automatically sort the run by CSV, which speeds things up considerably. Since you’re still running version 10 — if you don’t want to install version 11 (though I’m not sure why you wouldn’t) — you really need to sort the CSV by template name, especially if you’re working with large templates.
Also, SPA 11 has another useful option. If you click the Folder Mode checkbox next to where you select the template in the SPA settings, it switches the button to let you select a folder instead of a single file. Then you just select the folder that contains all of the templates. It will automatically put all images into all templates from that folder — you don’t need anything in the CSV for that.
