I know this was already fixed in the FB group, but Just adding an update here for future readers.

The issue was the template file was saved in the player images folder. So EZ Team Builder added the template to the player file list. Then when it got to that point, it closed the template because it thought it was a player file.

Just a note: This is only an issue with version 4. It was fixed in version 5.
