3. No, it doesn’t complete any parts of the action, I think the issue stems with converting the subjects to a smart object, which is the first step, so it won’t complete any of the sequential steps

5. It will run if we manually select the action, but not automatically from hot folder or if we select all of the steps at once.

I’m not sure if it makes any difference, but we do run Captura Enhance background extraction prior to downloading the images, would that have any effect on the action having issues?
