Are the images on a local drive or a network drive? If the images are on a network drive then please move 25 or so to a local drive and test. I’ve seen network dive timing issues where it can’t open files.

If it has issues with the image on a local drive then do you have another computer that you can test the same batch of images? I’d like to know if the issues is specific to a certain computer.

If another computer has the same issue with those image then please text another set of images that you have ran in the past that you know worked.

Also I’d like to check the GPU compatibility. In Photoshop go to Help>GPU compatibility. Post a screenshot of that.

Another thing is the Photoshop prefs file can get corrupted and sometimes cause issues like this. If nothing in the prior checks points to anything then please reset the Photoshop preferences. I the preferences general section, select “Reset Preferences on Quit”. Then restart Photoshop and retest

Please let me know on these things. I know it is a lot of things to look at….. but I really don’t know what is going on. There are several things that can cause what you are describing. So we just need to test a few things and try to narrow it down.
