The other question is do the cutout images have anything below the feet that is NOT cutout?  If so, then you will need to use the select subject mode in SPA even though the images are cutout. If you don’t use Select Subject mode then it will align to the bottom of the transparency in the cutout, regardless of what is on the bottom.
