Just for the official record, Alyssa IS the tech support person, period. She has only been with Pixnub for a couple of months so she is still learning. However, she is the contact person for all tech support.

I am the only other person here…. but I only respond to tech support when Alyssa needs help with something. If you need further assistance with a question, then by all means ask. However, please do so in a professional manner.
