Are you sure that you have the latest release of Face Crop 4.2.2 installed?  See the screenshot below.  The folders should have these names.  Go to the Photoshop plugin folder. Inside the Pixnub folder it will have each individual plugin listed.  The folder has the version name.  Is the Face Crop folder named face-crop-4-2-2?  If not then you have old versions installed.
