EZ Team Builder Change Log
4.2.2
- Fixed issue – If the EZTEAM layer was the only visible layer in the template and there was a hidden layer or group above it, then Photoshop would turn the visibility of the EZTEAM layer OFF and turn the top hidden layer or group visibility ON. When the visibility of the EZTEAM layer was off, it causes the team building to not work correctly.
- Also, the plugin will now turn on the visibility to the EZTEAM layer if it is off to stat with. The layer visibility must be on for the team to build correctly.
4.2.1
- Updated the GPU check to be only a warning and allow the user to continue processing. This was needed because sometimes Photoshop will report the GPU as being OFF, even when it is actually ON. So for these cases, the user can still click through the warning and build the team.
4.2.0
- Fixed the issue where certain poses would cause faces to be detected in body parts that are not actually the face. For example, certain poses with the hands together in front of the body would be prone to this issue and the hands would be detected as a face. This was very pose specific. Certain poses caused more problems than others. However, when it happened, it could cause large scaling and misalignment issues. This is now fix for the vast majority of cases. However, certain false face issues can still occur. For example, a t-shirt with a printed face on it could be seen by the software as a “face”.
- Added GPU check to alert users if the GPU is off in the Photoshop preferences (the GPU is needed for face detection).
- Fixed issue where the plugin would not alert the user if there wasn’t an EZTEAM layer and no layers were selected in the layers panel. In prior releases, the alert for no EZTEAM layers being present was only working if there was a layer selected in the layers panel before the user tried to build the team.
4.1.5
- The plugin will now ensure that the template (or blank document that the team is going into) is sRGB. If the document isn’t sRGB then it will prompt the user to convert to sRGB and won’t build then team. When building the team, it will convert any cutout to sRGB is the files are not sRGB already. The prevents color shifting from the template being a different color profile than the cutouts. This was happening too often so we just made the decision to force everything to be sRGB.
4.1.4
- Fixed issue where the activation would randomly get dropped and cause the plugin to need to be reactivated with the license key again. Note: this doesn’t fix the cases where Photoshop sometimes delates the activation files when the plugin or Photoshop is updated. It only fixed the issues where the activation gets dropped for no apparent reason. We are still looking into how to prevent Photoshop from deleting the activations files on a Photoshop or plugin update and have a case in with Adobe on this.
4.1.3
- Added .WEBP image support. EZ Team Builder can now build teams with images that are saved in the .WEBP image format.
4.1.2
- Fixed mouse cursor issue. Prior releases would sometimes show the mouse in the plugin to be whatever the current Photoshop tool was instead of a mouse pointer. For example, it would show a Photoshop brush if the brush tool was selected which made it difficult to click on the buttons, checkboxes, etc. Now it always shows the mouse pointer.
4.1.1
- Fixed issue with some rows not centering correctly
- Fixed issue with forced TOP and BOTTOM row images not aligning alphanumerically
- Checks to ensure the EZTEAM layer is a layer and not a group folder (because that won’t build correctly). It will now alert the user if EZTEAM is a group instead of a layer.
