    Hi Melissa,

    Can you please download and install version 4.1.6 from this link and see if it does the same thing.  That way I know if it is related to the version 4.2.

    This 4.1.6 copy won’t have the magenta update notice.  So you can run without it telling you to update.

    We can set up a screen share,  but I really need to know if 4.1.6 runs OK first before doing that.

    I could maybe do it tonight. If not then it would need to be next Monday. We are heading out of town tomorrow morning for Thanksgiving.  The last few days were crammed trying to get the EZ Composites and SPA updates released which is why I didn’t see your post last night.

    Anyway, let me know what happens when you run 4.1.6.
