Hi,
I had some time to run v4.1.6 and some issues are still as persistent as v4.2.1. The biggest issue of the AMD drivers timing out seems to not be occurring anymore (on v4.1.6 & v4.2.1), thankfully. The issue that still persists is reproducible every time I run EZ Team. The issue persisting is the population of pink place holders mentioned before. Only this time I have noticed that EZ team will process a certain number of subjects normally then Ps acts as if the GPU isn’t being utilized any more. From that point on every subject that was processed correctly will populate normally and everything after the GPU utilization seems to stop will populate with the pink place holders. If I then delete group and contents on the EZ Team layer and try to run EZ Team again it will try to process the first two subjects and then will say “The first two images failed face detection”. Sometimes I will receive the Ps pop-up stating “composting preferences auto set to CPU due to unexpected error”.
I ran v4.1.6 and v4.2.1 within every configuration I could think to run it with i.e. older and current driver versions, older builds of Ps such as v.25.12, older BIOS versions. None of the configurations I have tried whether it be all programs, drivers, plugins and BIOS using their most up to date version or combinations of older with up to date and older with older versions have yielded the same results. This does seem to be some sort of issue with the GPU not being available to Ps or Ps not recognizing/utilizing the GPU. No other GPU intensive programs are running at the same time as EZ Team and Ps, GPU temps are normal. I’m reaching out to Adobe to see if they can recommend some steps or actions to take as I’ve exhausted all options I can think of. If you have any more ideas I am happy to try them
Thanks for your help and for providing the older version of EZ Team to try.
